Dianna Stearns, M.A., Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed, and Certified Dog Behavior Consultant, is the owner of Waggin's West Dog Training and Behavior Consulting, LLC. 

Waggin's West Dog Training and Behavior Consulting was established to provide clients a gentle but effective alternative to the punishment-based methods that some national franchise operations, and trainers shown on telelvision, espouse.

Dianna has been a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers since 2002, and became a nationally Certifed Professional Dog Trainer in 2003. In 2004, Dianna became a founding member of the newly created International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, and earned her national certification in 2007. Dianna continues to attend educational seminars and workshops annually, to keep her certifications current. Waggin's West is well respected and referred to within the local veterinary community. Dianna works with nationally known trainers and behavior experts to insure clients get the most up to date science-based training and behavioral instruction available.  She also serves as a trainer and behavior consultant for Safe Harbor Lab Rescue, Western Border Collie Rescue, BigDogs GiantPaws, and Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue. Dianna is an American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen evaluator, and has provided public access training for an Autisim assistance dog, for The Northstar Foundation.
