What can Waggin's West do for you?

Working with a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant and Dog Trainer can bring a new level of client service to your practice. I'm sure you get questions from patients, about their dog's unusual behavior that you can't answer, or that prescribing medications for won't change. There are a wide range of physical conditions that present as unusual or aberrant behavior, that all the training in the world won't cure. As professionals, we need to strike a balance. Just as a medical diagnosis won't cure all behavior, behavior modification can't change a dog's underlying medical or physical condition.

In the past five years, I've been very fortunate to refer to, and get referrals from, many competent, caring veterinarians that have their clients' best interest at heart. This trust, and the team work involved, has allowed us to problem solve together and provide the most effective client service. By adding behavior modifcation  to your  practice, you can provide added value; information, options and support to your clients. You continue to keep that dog healthy, better-behaved, alive and in their home, instead of being euthanized or at a shelter.

On-site consultations: Appointments can be arranged for onsite behavioral consults, during regular office hours, and in conjunction with your office staff.

Staff meetings: I have up to date research, and behavioral topics in presentation form, that are available for continuing education, at your staff meetings.
